Hello! I have been a practicing yogini for about 10 years and a teacher for 5. My style is simple hatha yoga, no frills, no acrobatics. If you’re looking for a guru, you’ve come to the wrong place as I am utterly, unapologetically human with plenty of flaws and quirks. If you like to march to the beat of your own drummer, can think for yourself and enjoy listening to Ministry (well, you don’t have to like Ministry), then this is the place for you.
I’ve started this blog to post classes for wayward students, essays for provoking thought and lessons for inquiring minds. I’ll try to keep the spiritual mumbo-jumbo light and accessible and don’t worry – I could care less if you can do a headstand or if you wear socks during your practice.

Not sure how I can guide you on that. I can’t think of any songs that mention inner divinity in them. If I think of something, I will post. Sorry I can’t be of more help!
